In addition, 3 agents from the DEA and an American UN security guard were killed in Afghanistan.
This brings the total number of U.S. servicemembers killed in Iraq to 4,356; and in Afghanistan, 911. October was the deadliest month for US forces in Afghanistan since the beginning of the invasion.
During this same week, Iraq Body Count listed 69 war-related Iraqi civilian deaths. Unfortunately, there is no record of the names of these people…
